Founder & CEO

Jama is innovative and solutions-driven executive with 20+ years of experience leading global business development, digital transformation and channel management for an array of enterprise software, hardware, and service industry products and services.

After working for big technology companies, such as SAP, BusinessObjects and Xerox, she founded The Growth Spark in 2020. Jama holds an MBA in Management Consulting is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Saroj Parmar

Head of Technology and Operations

Saroj is trailblazer with a strong track record of high-tech experience in software development and customer success. Saroj has been focusing on innovation and emerging technologies all throughout her career, including artificial intelligence

She is a proven leader in developing global teams and has an established record of growing revenue and customer satisfaction. During her 25-year tenure with SAP, she worked with top customers to ensure their success with SAP solutions.
