TGS Multi-Step Verification Process

We ensure that every candidate in our talent pool is highly skilled, educated, motivated and collaborative through our multi-step verification process. This includes

  • hard skills assessment 

  • background check 

  • soft skills and organizational culture assessment


Through this process, we review qualifications and confirm education and employment history. We verify hard skills tailored to the position testing, such as technical coding abilities, situational judgement, and other work-related scenarios. Finally, an interview with our senior management allows us to ensure each candidate’s soft skills are as strong as their technical skills and expertise.
